customers (“Customers”) and visitors to our web site (“Visitors”). The
ChiliTech Privacy Policy exists for the benefit of both Customers and Visitors
to raise awareness about the use of personal information. ChiliTech advises

What Does ChiliTech Consider Personal Information?
At the time of sign-up, ChiliTech collects identification, contact, and billing
information from Customers. Such information includes: your name, mailing
address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card/bank transfer
information. Service-related information is also stored by ChiliTech, such as
account login, password, and usage history. This information, as well as any
other information that can be used to identify an individual Customer or
Visitor, is considered personal and confidential. ChiliTech handles personal
information within the guidelines set forth in this policy.
Sharing Personal Information
It is ChiliTech’s policy not to rent, sell, or share your personal information
to any third party for any reason. In rare cases, it may be necessary to share
the personal information of a Customer or Visitor with law enforcement
personnel to satisfy legal mandates, such as the Electronics Communications
Privacy Act and Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998.
Aggregate Information
Aggregate information about Customers and Visitors may be shared with ChiliTech
affiliates or media partners for the purposes of market trends analysis and
research. This aggregate information cannot in any way be related to individual
Customers or Visitors. Such aggregate information includes: web site traffic
statistics, demographic statistics, usage trends, and referral source
statistics.
Cookies on the ChiliTech Web Site
ChiliTech uses cookies to collect generalized traffic information on the
ChiliTech web site. Cookies may also be used to store preference information on
customizable pages. All cookies on the ChiliTech web site are generated and
read only by ChiliTech. Cookies on the ChiliTech web site do not include
sensitive information and are not used to track your web surfing outside of the
ChiliTech web site. ChiliTech does not require that Customers or Visitors
accept cookies in order to use the web site, but access to certain features,
such as the Account Manager and Personalized Start Page, may be limited without
accepting cookies (otherwise, we cannot verify your identity while accessing
these features).
Protection of Personal Information
ChiliTech employs many security measures to prevent unauthorized access to or
misuse of your personal information. These security measures protect the
transmission, storage, and retrieval of your personal information. Any attempt
to gain unauthorized access to the personal information of Customers or
Visitors is illegal and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
E-mail Correspondence
E-mail correspondence sent to ChiliTech is responded to by using the return
e-mail address on the original message. ChiliTech does not use the return
e-mail address for any other purpose and does not share the return e-mail
address with any third party.
How to Modify Your Personal Information
ChiliTech offers Members the opportunity to access or modify information
provided during sign-up. To access or modify such information, contact our
Customer Service Department at 866-678-6858.
