Each ChiliTech dial-up customer who refers a new monthly subscriber will
receive 1 point.

Each ChiliTech dial-up customer who refers a new yearly subscriber will receive
3 points and
a free month of ChiliTech service.

Each ChiliTech dial-up customer who refers a new web hosting subscriber will
receive 5 points.

Each ChiliTech wireless customer (residential) who refers a new wireless subscriber will
receive a free month of ChiliTech wireless service.

The person with the most points (minimum 6 points), will win first place. The
person with the second highest number of points (minimum 4 points) will win
second place. The person with the third highest number of points (minimum 3
points) will win third place.

At the end of the contest, points will be tabulated for the entire contest
period. The customer who accumulates the most points (9 points minimum) over
the entire contest period wins the grand prize. A tie for the grand prize will
be resolved by drawing.

Referrals will ONLY be credited at the time of sign up. It is very important
that you make sure your referral gives ChiliTech your full name and username
when they call us to order service. We will not be able to credit you with a
referral after the sign up event.

All referrals must remain active from the sign up date until the end of the
contest in order for referral points to be credited.

Eligible referrals must be new subscribers.

Employees and relations of ChiliTech, of ChiliTech's media and advertising
associates, and of ChiliTech's referral contest partners are not eligible to
participate in the referral contest.

In the case of a tie, a winner will be chosen by random drawing. Only the names
of the tied contestants will be included in the drawing.

Referrals received during the period of time after which one contest has ended
and the next contest begins will be handled in the following manner. Free
service credits will be administered at the time of the referral sign up.
Points will be credited in the first month of the upcoming contest. Neither
points nor free months of service will be "lost" between contest periods.

All customers who participate in the referral contest agree to have their first
and last names (but not e-mail addresses) posted on the standings page. If you
would like to participate in the contest but have your name represented by
initials instead, please send an e-mail with this instruction to
info@chilitech.net

Prizes must be claimed within 45 days of posting date. All prizes are posted
within 1 week of the first of the month.
